    Pay when the job is done, and get a Job Completion Report of the work.

Privacy Notice

This notice explains, in plain words, how Vladz L.M. Airconditioning Trading collects and uses your personal information. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

1. Who we are

Vladz L.M. Airconditioning Trading collects and is responsible for your information.

2. What we collect

  • Your name, phone number, email address and address.
  • Your orders: the services you book, the dates, any notes you give us, and what our technicians find and do.
  • Payment details: how much you paid, how you paid (cash, bank or e-wallet transfer, or QR code) and the reference number. We never see or keep your bank or e-wallet login.
  • Photos of the finished work, and your signature when you sign off a job.
  • Your account password. It is stored encrypted, so no one can read it — not even our staff.

3. Why we use it

  • To book, schedule and do your service, and to install or repair your units.
  • To contact you about your order by call, text or email.
  • To take your payment and give you your Job Completion Report.
  • To honor your warranty.
  • To keep the business and tax records the law requires.

We use your information only for these reasons: you agreed to it, we need it to give you the service you asked for, and the law requires some records.

4. Who else sees it

  • Our shop staff, and the technicians assigned to your job (they see only what they need for that job).
  • PayMongo, our payment provider, when you pay by QR code.
  • Our email provider, to deliver the emails we send you.
  • Government offices, only when the law requires it.

We never sell your information or share it for marketing.

5. How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your service and warranty, and as long as business and tax laws require us to keep records. After that, we delete it.

6. How we protect it

  • Only logged-in staff can see customer records, and technicians see only their own jobs.
  • Passwords are encrypted. Job photos and reports open only for you, our staff and the assigned technicians.
  • Looking up an order without logging in needs both the order number and the phone number on file.
  • We keep our system and its backups locked away from the public.

7. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

  • Be informed — this notice tells you what we do with your information.
  • Access — ask for a copy of the information we have about you.
  • Correct — fix wrong details anytime in My Profile, or ask us to.
  • Object — tell us if you don't want us to use your information for something.
  • Ask for deletion — ask us to delete or block your information, where the law allows (some records, like invoices, must be kept for a set time).
  • Complain — if you think we misused your information, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission (www.privacy.gov.ph).

8. Cookies

We use only one cookie: the login session cookie that keeps you signed in. It ends when you log out or close your browser. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will update the version and date at the top, and ask you to read it again the next time you log in.
